Since 2015, CHC Healthcare Group has annually participated in “Earth Hour,” a global climate action, by encouraging all employees to switch off lights for one hour during a designated period. This initiative actively demonstrates their commitment to climate change issues and aims to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. It’s more than just a symbolic event; it signifies the Group’s unwavering dedication to environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n

Beginning in 2021, CHC Healthcare Group further launched the “Environmental Protection Starts from Daily Life” initiative. Through education and engagement, employees are encouraged to adopt small, eco-friendly habits, such as practicing resource recycling and waste sorting. The Group also invites environmental organizations to conduct special lectures, promoting accurate environmental concepts.<\/p>\n

Building on the successful eco-friendly lunchbox program launched in 2023, the Group is partnering with “BOX BOX” and the ” Hsinchulun Association” in 2025 to promote the use of reusable lunchboxes and personal containers. This effort aims to reduce single-use tableware, with meal subsidies provided to encourage broader employee participation. This initiative not only showcases the company’s dedication to sustainable business practices but also reflects a dual commitment to employee well-being and the future of the environment. Through this action, the Group successfully reduced the use of 419 single-use plastic boxes, equivalent to a reduction approximately 50 kilograms of CO\u2082 emissions\u2014demonstrating a concrete step toward environmental sustainability.<\/p>\n

Everyday choices can collectively become a powerful force for change. From turning off a light to switching to a reusable lunchbox, let’s work together to embrace environmental protection and safeguard our shared home through daily actions.<\/p>\n
