About CHC
CHC Healthcare (UK) Limited
The CHC Healthcare (UK) Limited subsidiary was established in 2020 in London. It is a 100% owned subsidiary of CHC Healthcare Group in Taiwan. Its purpose is to identify world-class medical technologies and products and connect them with the Taiwan and broader Asian markets, while also expanding CHC’s healthcare service footprint into the UK and Europe. It serves as a key bridge and important strategic hub for CHC’s new business development.
Businesses Objectives
- Source high quality medical related devices and products from UK and introduce them to Taiwan and South-Ease Asia markets
- Establish UK and Europe distribution channel for CHC Group’s own brand products such as: ortho-K lens, personal protective products, Vet-related medical devices
- Expand CHC’s medical services (cancer centers, elderly care facilities, clinics…) to the UK market
- Identify possible collaboration opportunities with industry leading innovative medical start-ups from world-renowned universities.
- Seek partnership with UK leading medical institutes for physician training, patient transfer, accreditation, branding, even establish medical institutions together in South-East Asia
- Search for possible targets for M&A in the healthcare and biotech sector
