CHC Healthcare Group has been awarded the 2024–2025 Belgium–Taiwan Business Award, recognizing its outstanding achievements in advancing Taiwan–Belgium collaboration, innovation, and sustainability across both the medical and sterilization sectors. The honor marks a significant milestone in the Group’s global partnership efforts.
Representing the company at the award ceremony, Mr. Michael Lee, General Manager of CHC Healthcare Group, stated: “This honor recognizes the dedication of the entire CHC team. We will continue to strengthen our partnership with Belgian counterparts by introducing innovative technologies and contributing to the sustainable advancement of Taiwan’s industries.”
CHC Healthcare Group introduced Belgium-based IBA proton therapy systems to Taiwan, driving forward high-precision cancer treatment and enhancing patient safety and medical quality. Meanwhile, its subsidiary, Shin-Ho Biotechnology, has established Taiwan’s first high-energy irradiation sterilization plant in Tongluo Science Park, Miaoli County. This facility supports a wide range of applications, including high-end medical device sterilization and material modification for the semiconductor and aerospace industries, offering efficient and internationally compliant solutions.
Guided by the principles of sustainable development, CHC Healthcare Group prioritizes energy efficiency and environmental responsibility in its operations. This award reaffirms the Group’s leadership in international collaboration and adds momentum to its continued pursuit of precision medicine and sustainable industrial development.
