Deepening Sustainability Through Action
CHC Healthcare Group continues to embrace “Earth Hour.” This year, beyond switching off non-essential lights, the Group has deepened its eco-friendly lunchbox program (launched in 2023). By integrating social charity and green supply chains, CHC successfully embeds its sustainability commitment into daily operations and corporate vision.
Charitable Partnerships and Circular Logistics
Building on the 2021 “Environmental Protection Starts from Daily Life” initiative, the Group again partnered with two primary partners: the Hsinchulun Association and reusable container suppliers. These partnerships empower people with disabilities through social participation and eliminate resource waste by replacing single-use tableware with a circular, reusable system.
Measurable Environmental Impact
This year’s participation successfully reduced the use of 428 single-use lunchboxes, cutting 11 kilograms of waste. According to the “Taoyuan City Carbon Neutrality Information Platform,” this initiative achieved a total reduction of approximately 68 kilograms of carbon emissions—a tangible step toward environmental sustainability.
Building a Sustainable Corporate Culture
Environmental protection is an integral part of CHC’s culture, not just an annual event. From turning off lights to choosing reusable containers, small daily habits drive meaningful change. Moving forward, the Group remains dedicated to working with partners to create a cleaner living environment for future generations.
