This year, the Group once again rallied employees to participate in the “6th Senior Mini Marathon” organized by Old Players Co., Ltd. By extending its focus on preventive medicine to social welfare, the Group demonstrates its steadfast commitment to senior health promotion.
Building a Happy Workplace and Delivering Care for the Elderly
To encourage employees to lead healthy lives, the Group supported staff and their families in participating together by fully subsidizing all related expenses. This initiative aims to strengthen health awareness and foster a “happy workplace” while fulfilling the Group’s sustainability commitment to age-friendly practices and social care.
On the day of the event, employees served as volunteers, managing supply stations and accompanying the seniors to ensure they completed the race safely. Through these interactions, colleagues discovered that what the elders valued most was having someone to talk to; companionship became the warmest form of care, making the participation truly meaningful.
